Most headlamps come with a red light feature, and we highly recommend using it at night. It's less blinding than the regular white light, and therefore doesn't bother your neighbors as much as a white light.

Did you know you can lock your camp lights so they don't accidentally turn on and waste battery? Not all lights have this feature, but most do, and they usually work the same way: Simply press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.
